It is so important for young people to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults. Our programs focus on helping kids eat a more balanced diet, become more physically fit, and engage in healthy relationships.

Our Club members are building healthy habits! 

23,660 healthy meals are served at our Clubs every month.

96% of teens abstained from smoking cigarettes and marijuana.

94% of our teens abstained from drinking alcohol.

59% of Club members exercise at least 5 days a week.
